Ask us anything, including whether we are the wrong people to ask

A message here is a question, not a commitment. Nobody will call you repeatedly, and you will not be added to a marketing list unless you tick the box that says so.

Send us a message

Tell us roughly what you are trying to work out. You do not need to know the right words for it — working that out is our job.

Only if you would rather we called you back.

A sentence or two is plenty. The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply will be.

Before you send

Please do not include a Social Security number, a bank account number or a card number. We never need them by message and we do not store them. If a carrier application later needs that information, it goes to the carrier on their own secure form.

Sending this form is a request for help. It is a separate thing from the marketing choice above, and leaving that box unchecked will not slow your answer down.

How we use your details. We use the details you provide to answer your question and, where you have asked us to, to prepare for a conversation. We do not sell your personal information. See the privacy policy for what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to request access, correction or deletion.

Faster routes

A message is not always the quickest way

You already know you want to talk

Book a time directly instead of waiting for a reply. You will see what the call covers and what to have handy before you pick a slot.

You are already a client

Service requests move faster from inside the client portal, because they arrive attached to the right policy.

You have a policy you want checked

The complimentary policy review is a read-through of coverage you already own. Often the answer is to keep it.

About policy reviews

Not sure it is worth asking?

It usually is. The most common thing we hear afterwards is that someone assumed a health condition, a past decline or a tight budget ruled them out, and it did not.
