These terms apply to quantumfamilywealth.com and the client portal, operated by Quantum Wealth Builders LLC (“Quantum Family Wealth”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Quantum Family Wealth is an independent life insurance agency. We are not a bank, an investment adviser, or a law firm.

Everything published here is general information intended to help you understand how these products work. It is written for a general audience and cannot take account of your own circumstances.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is insurance, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, keep, change, replace or cancel any policy. Advice requires a conversation about your actual situation with a licensed professional. In particular, do not cancel or reduce coverage you already have on the strength of anything you read here.

Nothing here is an offer of insurance

The pages and tools on this site do not constitute an offer of coverage, a quote, a binding of coverage, or an approval. Whether you can be insured, on what terms and at what price is decided by an insurance company after you submit a formal application and it completes its own underwriting review. Coverage is only available where both the agent and the issuing carrier are licensed and the product is approved for sale.

Estimates and tools

The calculators and assessments produce general estimates from the figures you enter and simple assumptions you can change. They are not personalised advice, an application, or an underwriting decision. Real numbers depend on the carrier, the product, your health and your state.

Accuracy and changes

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and product rules change constantly. Carrier features, availability, underwriting practices and state approvals all change without notice to us. We may change, correct or remove any part of this site at any time, and we do not promise that every page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

Links to other sites

This site links to insurance carriers and other third parties. Those sites are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices. A link is provided so you can reach the right service team, and it is not an endorsement. Carrier names and logos appear here to help you identify your own policy; they do not imply that any carrier endorses, sponsors or reviews this website.

Estate-planning documents are prepared by you on a guided self-help platform provided by Snug, Inc. (Snug Estate Planning). You contract with the platform provider for that service. Snug, Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and neither do we — using the platform does not make either of us your attorney. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Client portal

The client portal is provided to existing clients as a convenience. If you have an account:

• keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share your account;
• tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account;
• treat the policy details shown as our record rather than a live feed from the insurance company — the carrier’s own statement is the authoritative version;
• upload only documents you are entitled to share, and do not upload anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account where it is being used in a way that breaches these terms or puts other people’s information at risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or to impersonate anyone;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access, or probe or test the security of the site;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the site for other people;
• submit information about another person without their permission.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Carrier names and logos belong to those companies and are used only to identify them.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every possible threat, and we do not warrant that the general information here fits your situation.

Limitation of liability

The extent to which liability can be limited depends on the law that applies and cannot be stated accurately here. This section is under review and will be completed with counsel. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

This section is not settled yet. Which state’s law governs these terms depends on where the entity is formed and on advice we have not taken, and naming a state before that is decided would be a guess dressed up as a term. It will be completed with counsel, along with the venue for any dispute and any agreement about how disputes are resolved, before these terms are published as final.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
